About Julia Collins

Julia Collins has a natural propensity for customer service and intuitively knows what type of property her client is looking for. Her ability to observe what the client’s needs are while also actively listening has made her an instant success and a client favorite.

 

Julia was born in Russia and grew up in a European seaside community where her mother was a well-known architect. At the age of 20, she moved to New York to pursue her passion for architecture and luxury fashion. This led her to start her real estate career in New York City but nearly eight years ago, she moved to California. She has held a real estate license for seven years in California. Currently, she lives in Beverly Hills and represents clients in the surrounding Westside area. Customer service and real estate are in her DNA. Real estate is not just a transaction for her it is also her passion. Julia realized that she could not change the world for everybody, but the right property could change somebody’s part of the world, and that’s a great start.
