Originally from Michigan, Arthur relocated to Los Angeles over 30 years ago after obtaining his business degree from Western Michigan University.
Arthur takes pride in his extensive breadth of knowledge of Los Angeles and the residents that infuse each of its neighborhoods. He has spent the past 30 years cultivating relationships in these urban areas and learning the uniqueness each neighborhood has to offer, which has become a key asset to his clients. Joining the real estate industry with an extensive background in property management, sales, and hospitality, he brought significant experience with contracts, negotiation, and marketing. Not only was he able to develop technical business experience and apply it to his current work, but Arthur also focused on interpersonal. He developed an intuition and understanding of the needs and aspirations of clients and continues to value personal relationships as a foundation of his business.
