We ultimately came across a listing for a house that we immediately fell in love with. The only problem, it was listed for sale, not for rent. Anton offered to reach out to the realtor and the homeowner and see if they would be interested in tenants. He spent the next few days going back and forth with them not just convincing them to rent to us, but also negotiating rent down to much less than we had expected. After giving us the good news that the place was ours, he moved fast on organizing an immediate move-in date, getting the documents signed and keys in our hands. He was responsive, helpful, and instrumental throughout the entire process. My partner and I could not be happier with our new home as well as the help Anton provided. I could not recommend Anton enough - he is beyond solid at what he does.

We asked Anton and his teammate, Jeremy to list and sell our condo. They arranged for the services of a designer who together with Anton and Jeremey helped us decide what renovations to make to the property before listing. The designer also staged the condo. The property was then listed and the listing included a video in addition to the professionally taken pictures. Open houses were then held and the condo was sold very quickly. Anton was very honest, helpful, and responsive throughout the sale process.
